Boutique Leasing was founded in 2016 to provide Leasing Services to Retail Shopping Centre Landlords who seek experienced and dedicated resources to personally manage their leasing requirements.
We are different from larger agencies – the senior leasing manager you meet at the outset will be the one carrying out the sevices throughout the engagement.

About Adam
Adam is one of Sydney’s most experienced retail leasing managers with an enviable track record delivering exceptional outcomes for the owners of both new and existing shopping centre assets.
Adam has a Masters in Business Marketing and 25 years experience working with some of the country’s biggest retail landlords including several years at Scentre Group’s Westfield assets. His most recent role was National Leasing Manager for ASX listed company Challenger.
He is well known and respected by retailers throughout Sydney, and his hard earned reputation means that they take his call to open conversations
